Who I work for

SCORE is a non-profit, non government, community development organization that uses sport and physical activity as a tool to bring about sustainable development and empowerment and building international and intercultural understanding.

SCORE headquarter is in South Africa and  have different branches in other parts of Southern Africa mainly in Namibia its called SCORE Namibia, in Zambia its called SCORE Zambia and in Zimbabwe.

SCORE Namibia is having a program called NAM-VIP (Namibia Volunteer Involvement Program). These are local Community volunteer from the communities that SCORE is operating or working within Namibia.

The main aim or objective of the project is to increase leadership and  organizational capacity at community level throughout Namibia.

In term of leadership, SCORE provides or conducts workshops in sport administration, life skills, communication, sport leadership, facilitation, and coaching clinics on specific sport codes.

It  also aims to educate and increase the general knowledge on HIV/AIDS and other diseases.
