I've worked at the BBC ever since I left University in 2000. I currently work on Inside Sport, a weekly sportsnews show on BBC1. I've spent much of my career working on Radio Five Live- the BBC's live news and sport station where I produced a weekly sports show.

I love my sport, especially football and have a season ticket at Spurs, but i'll happily watch any game that's on. I'm a qualified FA coach but don't out that into practise as much as I should. I've also run the London marathon a couple of times and regularly compete in charity races or running events.

I live in south east London, where I grew up, and I like the sense of community that living in the same area for 29 years brings.
